Saltwater Marine Services offers manufacturing services for marine and offshore related equipment. We specialize in short term delivery of any steel construction meeting all industry standards.

Working with several contractors in the greater Rotterdam area we have developed a track record for delivering steel constructions in a much shorter time span than others in this market. One of the reasons is that typically our partner, Saltwater Engineering, completes the engineering which allows us the opportunity to start the procurement of the materials parallel to the engineering process. Furthermore since we have a large array of contractors we are always able to start the building process within a few days after reaching an agreement with our clients. Our contractors can offer all steps to manufacture your product:

 

·         Welding: electric, MIG / MAG (steel, filled wire, aluminum and stainless steel), TIG.

·         CNC cutting directly from digital files

·         Cutting and folding  of plating

·         Sawing and drilling

·         CNC turning and milling works

·         Conservation, powder coating and galvanization works

·         Work on site (independent of own power supply and welding units)
